I know how much work can go into preparing for a photo session! I hope this eases some worry and stress!

How long do sessions last?

A typical session will last 30 to 60 minutes. With that being said, I can work as fast or slow as we need in order to accommodate you or your kids. Make sure everyone has eaten a snack beforehand (a full belly is a happy belly)! Every session with me includes my time, talent, location scouting, communication, and professional editing. A session will produce at least 5 professionally retouched and color corrected photos. Additional photos are available ‘a la carte’.

Where do you shoot?

I live in the East Bay Area, but shoot all over the West Coast! A travel fee outside of my immediate area will be assessed to cover my costs. I am happy to discuss this fee so if you’re out of the area, contact me for a quote.

Where can I see my photos?

I will post a sneak peak on my Facebook page and my instagram account within a day or two of your session. Once the entire session is finished, you will receive your high resolution photographs delivered via digital download over a secure link sent directly to your email within 7 to 10 days of our session together. Every photo you receive will be hand-edited quality.

Can I print my photos?

Yes! Please do! I truly believe that photographs should be printed and hung on the walls, reminding us daily of what’s important in our lives (the people in it!) My clients receive the print copyright for all photos delivered which allows for printing and sharing online. However, you may not sell them or use them to market a product of your own. In turn you agree that your images may be used to market P. Chevalley Photography.

Can I edit my photos?

No, you may not. As a professional, one of the things I love about photography is using editing as a tool to bring a photo back to life. I work very hard to make sure your eyes are bright, light perfect, shadows balanced, and color spot-on. Please do not add additional edits or IG filters when sharing your images. P. Chevalley Photography holds full copyright.
